Gigastorage's advanced coating service is adapt latest technology ( Arc Ion Plating ) which is transferred from Industrial Technology Research Institute sputtering hard film by Arc Ion Plating technology on the surface of cutting tool. Major feature of coating film is to increase surface hardness to 3000~3500HV; lowest friction can be 0.15um; oxiding temperature over 850˘J.
For router, these features are capable to afford 50% higher feed speed; extra 2-3 times or more life time and remain precision. These improvements can help user reduce producing cost and keep satisfied precision.
For drill, we provide full range coating services including Micro Drill, Mini Drill and General Drill. According our research, the coating treatment can successfully extend drilling capability over 12,000 hits or more, which will significantly reduce super-fine drill consumption and producing costs.
